Dhanasekaran D is a founder and managing director of the firm and he is a Commerce graduate and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Indian CPA)

He has over 15+ years of hands-on xperience in audit and assurance, taxation, financial reporting, CFO support, and advisory services for a diverse range of corporate entities in India.

Over the course of his professional journey, he adeptly managed a portfolio of 150+ clients, overseeing tasks such as statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing studies, and compliance filings under Income Tax, GST, and related legislation for both corporate and non-corporate entities, including listed companies.

Adding on to his expertise, he played a Senior role at a Japanese Company, delivering comprehensive corporate accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance solutions, as well as providing advisory services to leading multinational corporations, including listed companies from Japan, operating in diverse sectors in India.

His advisory spectrum covered various aspects such as Ind-AS implementation, tax advisories, transaction support, expatriate tax considerations, double taxation avoidance agreements (DTAA), permanent establishment (PE) establishment in India, transfer pricing, import-export regulations, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) compliance, and Government incentive application processes.
